Refund policy

At Tallow.in, we handcraft all our products in small batches to ensure purity, freshness, and the highest quality.
Because our items are skin-care and food-based products, we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
If the package arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect — we will replace it free of cost.

Refunds

Refunds are approved only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your package was lost in transit

To process a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the issue

  • Unboxing proof (if possible)

After review, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing an order.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Soaps

  • Cooking Tallow

  • Any item that has been opened or used
